Please read this page carefully for critical information regarding your TDM account
The New Standard for Mail-as-Freight DropShipping
For over 20 years, TruckDirectMail.com (TDM) has led the industry in LTL drop-ship logistics for USPS Destination Entry mail. Today, DLP takes everything you love about TDM to an entirely new level, with a faster, simpler, more stable and more expandable online platform that will soon support Freight-of-all-Kinds (FAK), Multi-Carrier Rating, and nationwide Parcel shipping.

If you have questions or concerns at any point during, before or after your account migration, please contact us directly by phone at 800-201-0026.
Deadline for Migration
While there is currently no deadline for migrating from TDM to DLP, account migrations have already begun and it is our goal as a company to finish all migrations by the end of July 2025.
Your TDM Account, and all records therein, will be migrated automatically for you
You really don’t need to “do” anything for TDM to DLP account migration, other than give us the green-light to proceed and begin familiarizing yourself with the new DLP training materials.
The Job History, Custom Facilities, Account Details, and User records associated with your account are NOT changing and will all be available in your new DLP account.
Account migration to DLP is “one-way”
Once your account has been successfully migrated to DLP, you will no longer have access to TDM.
Your account LOGIN has changed
Rather than entering your username, DLP requires you to login with the email account associated with your TDM account.
Your account PASSWORD has not changed
Your TDM user account password will be preserved during the account migration. As a best practice, we recommend updating your password once logged into DLP.
What about TDM software integrations?
TDM software integrations with BCC Mail Manager and Window Book are currently being updated for DLP. Meanwhile, mail.dat files and prequoteID’s from BCC / WB products will work in DLP just as they did in TDM.
Successful Migration to DLP
Watch your email for account migration notifications and confirmations. As soon as migration is complete, your DLP account is ready for use!
New Job Document Layouts
All job documents in DLP have been updated from the former TDM versions. This includes Job Summaries, Invoices, and BOL’s.
In TDM, BOL origin address information may have been wrong in certain circumstances. This has been corrected in DLP and all address information shown on BOL’s is now correct.
Updates to Billing
DLP jobs are billed at the time of carrier dispatch. Your job pricing is dependent upon the accuracy of job data entered and corrective invoicing may occur based on post-delivery service adjustments by the carrier. Terms are net-30.
Invoices and Job summaries are changing, and invoices will be coming from a new email address. Please add the email domain “directlogistics.com” as a SAFE SENDER, so that your invoices and other important emails don’t go to spam.
Lastly, DLP will invoice each job based on the user-provided data submitted for that job, and generally within 24hrs of job submission. Any applicable post-delivery corrective charges by the carrier will be invoiced promptly upon receipt.
Please call immediately if you are not aware of your TDM to DLP account migration status!
